  First Important Priorities (DOC 175kb)
This technique will help someone to narrow down long lists of priorities to those things that need to be done first and which are most important. Before starting you need to make sure you have a full list of what needs to be done.

  Idea Prioritisation Matrix (DOC 145kb)
This tool involves mapping ideas against a matrix covering low-high impact and easy-hard to implement. Each idea or project is taken in turn and using a sliding scale on the matrix it is positioned and then assessed against all ideas when the matrix is filled. Helps to prioritise ideas.

  Plus Minus Interesting (DOC 161kb)
